We are pleased to present the Stuzi project in Rishon LeZion, a project where the building was elevated and reinforced, allowing for the addition of underground parking. All of this was achieved using steel constructions, without disrupting the daily operations of the building, its surroundings, or the business activities.
In this project, all elements were pre-designed and pre-built in factories and then assembled on-site, significantly saving on the ongoing overhead costs associated with conventional concrete construction. This advanced method allowed us to meet deadlines and achieve substantial savings for the developer.
