Hotel Construction Project, Zichron Ya’akov

We are delighted to present the hotel construction project in Zichron Ya’akov, a complete building from start to finish including lobby, pergolas, rooms, ceilings, and floors – all constructed using steel constructions.

In this project, all elements were pre-designed and prefabricated in factories, then assembled on-site, significantly reducing the ongoing overhead costs associated with conventional concrete construction. This advanced method ensured adherence to timelines and delivered substantial cost savings for the developer.
