Engineering Department

Engineering Planning and Feasibility Studies The engineering department is central to every project process, from the tender review phase to project delivery. This department includes engineers, planners, 3D modelers, and more.

Production Department

The production department is divided into four sub-departments that encompass the majority of the manufacturing in the factory.

  • CNC (Computer Numerical Control): Before any parts are produced by human labor, profiles undergo processing in the company’s advanced CNC machines. These machines perform cutting, drilling, marking, and more, utilizing a cutting robot capable of cutting various steel elements with thicknesses exceeding 200 mm. Machines include milling machines, angle machines, and beam lines (images needed).
  • Fabrication Department: This department is responsible for connecting beam to beam and element to element to produce composite elements consisting of multiple parts in a specific configuration. Fabrication work is carried out according to precise planning known as shop drawings.
  • Welding Department: The welding department is the next station in production, where elements positioned and assembled by the fabrication department are welded together. The welding process is overseen by a quality inspector who certifies the welder based on the type of welding and welding thickness according to various standards.
  • Grinding and Finishing Department: This is the last department in the production chain, primarily tasked with polishing and grinding all welds, corners, and connected elements. These processes are crucial for subsequent finishing works on steel

Quality Control Department

Overseeing all production departments is the Quality Control Department. This department is responsible for matching documentation to profiles, ensuring profiles meet project requirements, verifying production plans, and overseeing the entire production process to ensure it adheres to the required standards. The department utilizes external laboratory services for welding and paint inspections, alongside a professional and dedicated team that performs quality control throughout the factory’s operating hours.

Logistics Department

The logistics department plays a crucial role in the flow of steel. It is involved in the process chain from the entry of raw material trucks to the packaging of finished structures and their transportation to the site.
